Georgia - For the second year running, Chris Reeve Knives is the proud
recipient of Blade Magazine's Manufacturing Quality Award.
Chris
Reeve Knives has been a leader in the specialized sporting knife industry
for over 17 years. Innovative designs, based on functionality
and extremely tight tolerances, combine for consistent and exceptionally
high quality on all knives produced from the manufacturing shop based
in Boise, Idaho.
Each year in June, Blade Magazine hosts the
Blade Show & International Cutlery Fair in Atlanta, Georgia. The
gala event is the venue where new products are introduced to the buying
public. It offers demonstrations and seminars as well as providing
knife makers, dealers and collectors an opportunity to gather and
observe how the knife industry is progressing. This event also
provides knife making pioneers a chance to pay homage to the trade
by voting on Blade Magazine’s Knife of the Year Awards.
On June
9, 2001, Chris Reeve, on behalf of his company, accepted Blade Magazine’s
2001 Manufacturing Quality Award for the second year in a row. This prestigious award, exemplified this year with the Sebenza Integral
Lock© Flat Ground blade, encompasses the entire line of Chris Reeve
Knives.
Blade Magazine is an international monthly publication whose purpose
is to provide cutlers, collectors and enthusiasts with up to date
information on factory and custom knives, field tests and knifemaking
