The story behind the Nkonka

Screw Driver
Sheath
  1. The natural elasticity of the leather is used in the patent pending “slit-cam” concept to retain the knife securely in the sheath.   This idea is the brain-child of Steve Derricott of Gfeller Casemakers, who make all our leather sheaths.
  2. Two large o-rings add security to the sheath
  3. The sheath is soaked in water based polyurethane to seal the leather after it has been formed, giving almost Kydex©-like water resistance and durability.
  4. A yard of polypropylene cord threaded through the bottom eyelet provides additional security or a useful tie-down as needed.
